Teo will be presenting how good nutrition can help you feel more energetic and happier, and can take years of your metabolic age.

Lacking energy feeling tired are you fuelling your body with the right nutrients can you balance your protein carbohydrates and vitamins and minerals, are you keeping hydrated?

If you are looking to lose weight it is all about creating a sustained diet that preserves muscle mass, recovery and long-term adherence, plans are simple measurable and repeatable rather than extreme.

All this can be achieved through discipline encouragement and accountability, along with science backed products to help fill in the gaps in your nutrition.

Transformational Therapy. How it can help with sleep and stress.

In this workshop we’ll explore how sleep and stress impact not just your wellbeing but your ability to live a full happy life. I’ll share practical tools to help you step into self – leadership, so life feels lighter more exciting and full pf optimism.

I bring a unique mix of professional expertise and personal experience as a Clinical Hypnotherapist, Somatic Trauma informed coach, Narcissistic Abuse Specialist, trained in positive psychology, a partner with the Mental Wellbeing Company, being a mother and have former experience in the corporate world for 20 years I have personally experienced the transformative power of each modality I now share with others. 

I help people close the gap between where they are and where they want to be using these techniques, I can help you sleep better and reduce stress levels.

The practice of better movement.

Claire Bladen

Spine and Shoulders reset. OR sit up and pull shoulders back, but do we know how to do this are we stuck in a certain pattern. Using a combination of gentle exercise, Claire will guide you through some techniques to release tension and stiffness that you can continue at home.

This is an interactive workshop combining various methods including Franklin Pilates and functional PT exercises to improve posture, mobility and functional strength. This workshop is perfect for Riders, Golfers, Runners, Walkers, Gym Goers, Office workers. Join us for a practical and supportive workshop designed to help you move better, feel stronger and release tension through the spine and shoulders. Improving natural posture and alignment increase force absorption improve breathing and movement control, increasing shoulder mobility and stability reducing stiffness and tension. Understand the connection between shoulders and spine.
